Brustumfang – an der stärksten Stelle, das Maßband waagerecht unter den Armen, die Arme locker an den Seiten.
Taille – an der schmalsten Stelle, normalerweise knapp oberhalb des Bauchnabels. Ziehe das Maßband nicht fest.
Hüfte – an der stärksten Stelle, etwa 20 cm unterhalb der Taille, mit geschlossenen Füßen.
