Come prendere le misure
Seno — nel punto più ampio, con il metro orizzontale sotto le ascelle e le braccia rilassate lungo i fianchi.
Vita — nel punto più stretto, di solito appena sopra l'ombelico. Non stringere il metro.
Fianchi — nel punto più ampio, circa 20 cm sotto la vita, con i piedi uniti.
