Cómo tomar las medidas
Pecho — alrededor de la parte más ancha, con la cinta nivelada por debajo de los brazos y los brazos relajados a los lados.
Cintura — el punto más estrecho, normalmente justo por encima del ombligo. No aprietes la cinta métrica.
Cadera — alrededor de la parte más ancha, aproximadamente 20 cm por debajo de la cintura, con los pies juntos.
Una nota sobre el ajuste
