Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, and a further 14 days to post the item once we have sent you the return instructions. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, underwear and earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Free returns

Returns are free: we cover the return shipping. Contact us first with your order number. We reply within one working day with a prepaid return label and the address to send the item to. Please wait for these instructions before posting anything. Our pieces are dispatched from partner warehouses in Turkey and across Europe, so do not send returns to our registered business address.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer, and we cover shipping in both directions.

Exchanges

The fastest way to change a size or colour is to return the original for a refund and place a new order. If you would rather we handle it as a straight exchange, contact us and we will arrange it, subject to availability.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and has been checked, we email you with the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. We refund the full price you paid for the item; outbound shipping was free, so nothing is deducted. There are no restocking fees.

Cancelling before dispatch

If your order has not left the warehouse yet, email us and we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Your consumer rights

If you shop from the EU or EEA, this policy is in addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and your rights for faulty goods.
